Make reuse the standard across every project
A corporate membership brings the whole Material Reuse Group service to your business – from the first audit through to materials finding a new home – with social value built in from day one.
We work with developers, contractors and occupiers who want circularity embedded across their portfolio rather than one project at a time. Partners get our audit and assessment expertise, priority access to reclaimed stock, detailed carbon and circularity reporting, and a dedicated budget of materials to give back to the communities around their sites.

What a partnership includes
Everything your teams need to reclaim, reuse and recirculate materials – and to prove the impact.
Pre-Deconstruction Audits
Before works begin we survey and log everything that can be reused across your portfolio, with the embodied carbon it saves.
Circular Economy Building Assessments
Whole-building reviews of reuse potential, giving your project teams a clear picture of what can be kept, reclaimed or recirculated.
Material Reuse Technical Reports
Detailed reporting on quantities, condition, carbon savings and end destinations – ready for planning submissions, GLA requirements and your ESG reporting.
Materials to Donate
Every corporate member receives an annual allocation of reclaimed materials to donate to schools, charities and community groups around their existing projects.
Carbon & Circularity Reporting
Project-by-project reports on CO2 saved, materials diverted from waste and community donations – the evidence behind your sustainability commitments.
Priority Access & Logistics
First call on reclaimed stock through the hub, with our electric fleet collecting from site and delivering to your next project or local community.

Giving back to the areas around your projects
Social value is at the heart of a corporate membership. Each corporate member receives an annual allocation of reclaimed materials to donate to schools, charities, community groups and local organisations in the areas around their existing projects – doors, furniture, flooring, kitchens, lighting and more, delivered by our electric fleet and installed where they are needed.
Materials that would otherwise have gone to waste become classrooms, community spaces and sports facilities, and the carbon saved is counted on every item.
Section 106 and planning commitments
Donating reclaimed materials to the local area can help evidence the community benefit and social value commitments that sit alongside Section 106 agreements and planning conditions. We record every donation – quantities, value, recipient and carbon saved – so your team has clear documentation to share with local authorities and stakeholders. How contributions are credited is agreed with each planning authority, and we are happy to work with your planning team on the detail.
Reporting you can publish
Partners receive a regular social value and carbon report covering materials reused, CO2 saved, waste diverted and community donations – ready for ESG reports, tender submissions and annual reviews.
