1.2 This policy explains which cookies www.material-reuse.co.uk uses and how you can control them. It should be read alongside our Privacy Policy. The website is operated by Lawmans UK Ltd, trading as Material Reuse Group.
2. Your choices
2.1 When you first visit the site a banner asks whether you accept cookies. Only strictly necessary cookies are set until you choose. You can accept all cookies, or open “Cookie Settings” to choose by category. You can change your mind at any time using the cookie settings link in the banner or by clearing cookies in your browser.
2.2 Most browsers also let you block or delete cookies through their settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop parts of the site, such as the inventory and enquiry tools, from working.
3. Cookies we use
Strictly necessary — needed for the site to work and to remember your cookie choices. These cannot be switched off.

Kept for 11 months.
Functional — set by third-party tools embedded in our pages so that they can work.
Airtable (airtable.com) — powers the live inventory and membership sign-up forms shown on the Inventory page. Airtable may set cookies needed to load and secure the embedded form. See Airtable’s privacy policy for details.
Softr (softr.app) — powers the enquiry and membership pages linked from the site. Softr may set cookies to keep the embedded page working. See Softr’s privacy policy for details.
Analytics and advertising — we do not currently use analytics or advertising cookies on this website. If that changes, we will update this policy and ask for your consent through the banner first.
4. Other third-party services
4.1 Fonts used on the site are loaded from Adobe Fonts and Google Fonts. Loading a font sends your IP address to those providers so the file can be delivered; they do not set cookies for this.
4.2 Our member portal at www.materialreusehub.co.uk is a separate application with its own login cookies, which are explained when you sign in. Contact form submissions are delivered to us by Web3Forms and are not used to set cookies.
